What is your primary product or service?
Expert Witness/Litigation Consultant/mediator in Human Resources, specifically age, gender,race,religious discrimination,wrongful termination. I have additional expertise as a Trainer and facilitator in organization, management and employee development. I am an approved State of California provider of Sexual Harassment prevention training mandated by AB 1825, and offer MCLE credit for attorneys. I am a public speaker and writer.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
As a former director of education for the NAACP National Office,Executive Director of the Pasadena Commission on the Status of Women I worked on issues of diversity in the workplace both public and private sectors.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
My business focuses on diversity and change in the workplace offering a combination of unique services to help clients as an expert witness, (for defendant and plaintiff), litigation consultant, internal investigator, mediator, trainer/facilitator, public speaker and writer. All of my multiple services are wrapped around and part and parcel of human resources and diversity in the workplace for over 25 years with experience in the State of Californa, Arizona,Colorado,Ohio, State of Washington and Wyoming.
