What is your primary product or service?
Local & Long Distance moving. Storage. Packing & Crating. Office Moves.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My Father was the Western States Operations & Office Manager for Republic Van Lines. Several of my older brothers were in the business, so I grew up in the Moving & Storage business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We provide exemplary service with only experienced movers, and well equipped trucks. Our office and sales staff will listen carefully to your personal needs and satisfy your unique requirements.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our main office is in Torrance, we also have a long-term storage warehouse in Long Beach, CA.

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, personal check, or all major credit cards. Long Distance moves are C.O.D. or credit card.
Which areas do you service?
The entire South Bay, as well as Long Beach and its surrounding areas. We perform moves that either begin or terminate from these areas. We also do Long Distance moves that may originate or terminate out-of-state.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Owner: Thomas R Sapper, Operations Manager: Chris Johnson, Sales/Regulatory/Bookkeeping: Ralph Gentschein-Eaton.
What are your hours of operation?
Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday 8 AM to Noon. We perform moves 7 days/24 hours.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
That there belongings arrived without any additional damage down to not even one new scratch.
