The expert technician that was sent out to fix my oven hinge problems provided exceptional customer service. Upon his arrival, he introduced himself and proceeded to fix the problem we had with our oven, which only took him an hour and a half to complete. They even charged me less for the service, which I appreciated. Thank you!
