How long have you been in business?
Westwood Driving School has been in business since 1987.
What is your primary product or service?
We offer driving lessons to all ages, teens to seniors, and Driver's Education, Online and Classroom, to teens. We also offer stick shift lessons to licensed driver's, any day.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
The owner of Westwood Driving School, taught driving to many people on the Westside for a few years prior to opening his own school. That is a requirement of the DMV. His wife has a Bachelor's from Cal State Northridge in Sociology with an emphasis on Juveniles. It was of great interest to her to teach teens. The driving school gave the opportunity to do that.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Westwood Driving School has been a leading business in the field of driving schools. We offer professional instructors who love to teach and are good at it. We have an informed office staff who can help with questions about rules and regulations.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Westwood Driving School is the only location on the westside.

We are located in the center of Westwood Village, near UCLA. We are at 1093 Broxton Ave. #218, at the intersection of Kinross Ave, Westwood Blvd and Broxton Ave, right above the Verizon Store. Wilshire Blvd is just a couple of blocks away.

Andrea Stavast operates and manages the driving school. She and her husband are also the owners.
What are your hours of operation?
Our office is open everyday, except Sunday, 9 am to 5 pm. The instructors are available everyday, some days as early as 7 am and as late as 8pm.
