How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Your remodel, from design phase to completion is personally managed and supervised by myself. CSLB Engineer and Remodeling Contractor, Joe Grimberg, assuring optimum results.
Other companies send out an unlicensed person to sell the job (salesperson). Then once sold, your remodeling project is handed to a "runner" which is an unlicensed person in the company, who tries to manage and run the remodel. All the while, the licensed contractor is no where to be found. This usually results in a remodeling nightmare, leaving the home owner in despair. Over the years, we have many clients come to us in this situation. We are happy to help them out of this remodeling disaster, and complete their remodel up to code, and in top condition. Our hope is that homeowners do their research beforehand, and make the right choice the first time.
