What is your primary product or service?
We offer gourmet catering for events ranging from meetings to weddings to special events.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Our owner, Chef Elizabeth Goel trained in pastry arts at the French Culinary Institute in New York.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our concept started with small bites/ small plates so we look to add a great variety of flavors to every meal. We believe you begin to eat food with your eyes, so we focus on making food gorgeous as well as delicious. We also are focused on making our hosts successful - we know that extends well beyond the food for the event to include great event design, terrific service, and a focus on what the event is meant to accomplish.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We serve the greater Los Angeles area (incl. parts of Orange and Ventura counties) from our base in Culver City near the Helms Bakery complex.

Our kitchen and offices are at 3380 S Robertson Blvd just off the Robertson exit and the 10 freeway, near Culver City.
