How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I've worked with computer systems for nearly 30 years. For 10 of those years, I was employed as a Systems Analyst and Field Service Engineer, on major computer network installations in downtown Los Angeles. I've been an independent consultant since 1995.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
In addition to in-depth knowledge of computer software & hardware, I have a great deal of experience dealing with digital print and variable data publishing (VDP).
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Three. As business demands enable.
What type of payments do you accept?
All.
Which areas do you service?
Remote Support: anywhere English is spoken. Local Support: within local proximity to our office; Arcadia; El Monte; Pasadena; Monrovia; Sierra Madre, Duarte; Irwindale; Azusa; Covina. Larger opportunities may warrant further travel.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Tech-Ease, LLC is a Limited Liability Company. I run daily operations.
What are your hours of operation?
In general, Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. However, work outside those parameters when necessary.
