How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was a District Manager for ADP payroll services and had a friend who owned a mortgage company. He always said that I would make a great mortgage broker because my personality was perfect for the job. After years of persuasion, I broke down and got my real estate license and started working for him. I did so well and enjoyed it so much, that I started my own company in 2002. I have so much passion for what I do and love giving people the best possible loan available.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Always doing what is best for my client, which means sometimes telling them NOT to do it. It's the right thing to do and I was raised to always be honest and give 200%. I believe that is what has allowed me to stay in business when many brokers had to close shop or move to become bankers or net branch operations of bigger companies.....
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Only one in Valencia, CA

I get paid through escrow.

All of California, but most of my clients are in Santa Clarita, San Fernando Valley and the Ventura County Area.

M-F 8:30am to 5:30pm
plus off hours if necessary.
