How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I began as a finance and legal professional working on development and construction projects - and triaging a variety of issues. Ultimately, I felt that I would be best to help navigate a project away from such issues by being involved in the overall management of the job from Day 1.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We come from the perspective of managing a construction project as a business effort - we look at the business of construction mores than the engineering aspects. We represent our owner clients and we safeguard their business interests. We know that if we manage their business interests, that the firms we select to design and build the project - the engineering experts - will have a clear path towards success in building the asset.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have offices in Los Angeles, South Dakota, Philadelphia and Miami.

Our headquarters are located in Calabasas, CA about 10 miles northwest on the 101 freeway from the 101/405 freeway interchange in the San Fernando Valley.
