How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My past experiences with lice began while managing my own day-care in San Fernando Valley. I began noticing the stress and time demands head lice inflicted on both parents and children. The biggest problem with current head lice treatments are that they are highly chemical based and toxic with low success rates. Most parents would like to avoid using these harmful pesticide based products on their children. Our manual removal method is completely non-toxic and family safe, plus we have a much greater lice removal success rate then many of the OTC products available.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We focus on providing a comfortable environment for the children and families we treat. The whole lice removal process can be very traumatizing for children and parents need a professional who can put the child at ease and create and supportive atmosphere for all those involved. Our professionally trained technicians provide just that - plus we are available around the clock with same day service available in most cases.
