How long have you been in business?
Both Paris and I were licensed in the late 1990's - Me in 1998 and Paris in 1999. Paris started full time real estate service at that time and I was part-timing it. I realized quickly, there is no room for the "part-timers" in real estate. While Remaining a LAPD reserve, I severed full time employment with the LAPD after 17 years of Full time Service, to serve side by side with Paris.
What is your primary product or service?

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We were taken quit dramatically when we purchased our first home. We vowed to never allow that to happen to any of our friends or family. After becoming licensed by the state of California, we found some of the Men and Women I worked with needed help with their real estate buying and selling, it seemed to be a natural progression. That was in 1998 and the rest is history.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Being founded on those in the Sworn Professions, because both Paris and I are "oath" takers in our past. And because if anyone can earn the trust of Police officers, Deputy sheriffs, Highway Patrol Officers, or teachers, in sales - they are doing something right.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Two Locations, make sure you see our Places ads. Our main office is in Santa Clarita CA. On the Old Road, down the street from In and Our Burger, south of Lyons Ave. Our Second location is next to Valencia High School and the Paseo Club.

Coming North Bound from Los Angeles
– 405 freeway to the 5 freeway – Stay on the 5 freeway as you enter Santa Clarita California. (approx 8 minutes from the 405 freeway and 5 freeway junction).
The First Exit you will pass is Calgrove – The Second is Lyons – After you pass Calgrove while traveling North Bound on the 5 Freeway – if you look to your Left (west), you will see our RE/MAX offices right next to the Freeway, left site (west side).
Exit at Lyons Blvd. – Set up to Turn Left at the end of the off ramp – After Turning Left – Stay in your Left lane and Turn Left at the next Signal, Chiquella Lane, you will pass McDonalds and Continue to the Next “Tri-Light or Go Signal” (I don’t call them stop lights
Turn Left (south bound), set up in your right hand lanes and as you approach the Large off White REMAX Building on your Right – Turn Right into the Driveway and park in the upper parking lot. Enter the REMAX building and let the receptionist know you are here to See Connor or Paris.
Coming South Bound from North of the Santa Clarita Valley
- South Bound on the 5 freeway, exit Lyons Blvd. At the end of the Off-ramp turn Right and immediately set up in your left hand lanes to turn Left at the very next “Tri-Light or Go Signal”. This will be “The Old Road” - Turn Left.
Continue on The Old Road until you pass McDonalds which will be on your Left – Set up in your Right Lane. – After you pass In and Out Burger which will be on your left – you will be getting close to our Offices at RE/MAX of Santa Clarita on your Right. You will see a large, two Story off white building with REMAX emblazoned on the side - turn Right into the driveway on your right – Park in the Upper Lot.
Enter the Building and let the receptionist know you are here to see Connor and or Paris.
What type of payments do you accept?
Real Estate is mostly financed requiring money as a down payment. If someone is pushing forward with an offer - then a copy of a check is required. etc.
Which areas do you service?
The cities that compose the Santa Clarita Valley. Castaic, Canyon Country, Newhall, Saugus, Stevenson Ranch and Valencia - for our LEO's, teachers and fire fighters, we are flexible.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Both Paris MacIvor is the Team Leader, Connor is her wife :-) (that was a joke...) - They both are working with several employees providing logistical support.
What are your hours of operation?
We start fielding live calls and taking appointments at 0800am - 7 days a week - We work all hours because our core clientele, lapd, lasd, chp, etc - have "non usual" work schedules.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Proof by Referring their friends and family to utilize our Paris911 services.
