How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I spent several years in the real estate industry in Australia in the 1990s where there is no equivalent to our Multiple Listing Service and therefore, the sellers are not required to pay additional commission to the buyer's agent. The Help-U-Sell "Low Set Fee" / no commission structure enables sellers to avoid the high commissions associated with paying a second fee to the buyer's agent. Help-U-Sell has enabled me to provide high quality, full service while saving sellers thousands of dollars in commission cost. It's a win--win: Sellers preserve their hard earned equity and I make a reasonable but appropriate fee for service.
