What is your primary product or service?
We design, manufacture and install all types of awnings, canopies and outdoor shade structures.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Most reputable awning companies use premium acrylic awning fabric. Less common, however, is the use of the highest quality thread and steel. Experience has proven that use of standard thread and steel causes premature deterioration, rendering awning products functionally and aesthetically inferior. Superior Awning has distinguished itself by using only Gore Tenara thread with a lifetime warranty and galvanized steel framing with triple-layer corrosion protection to ensure the durability of our products. Additionally, our product and workmanship warranties, extensive after-the-sale support and customer service have helped us satisfy over 20,000 awning customers since 1982.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We operate primarily out of our 50,000 square foot, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Van Nuys. However, we service an approximately 60-mile radius, including Los Angeles, Glendale, Santa Monica, Redonodo Beach, Encino, Woodland Hills, Palmdale, Valencia, Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, Oxnard, Santa Barbara and all surrounding communities.
