How long have you been in business?
We have been renting computers for events, projects and corporate needs for over two decades. Our parent company, Electro Rent, was founded in 1965.
What is your primary product or service?
Rental and leasing of computer and peripherals. We provide fast delivery/shipment of computer products from 9 nationwide warehouses. What make us unique is not only our great service, but our vast computer inventory, data security and wipe process and that we are flexible and easy to do business with.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I came out of computer distribution and Electro Rent was one of my customers.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a public company and therefore operate to a higher standard that smaller companies, yet we are flexible and can function as a small company as needed. Why this is important to our corporate customers is that we understand the concern of our customer's data integrity and security as if it was our own.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have 9 warehouse locations throughout the US. We also have an office in Canada and Belgium.

What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
We just completed another "Customer Satisfaction Survey" so we get many compliments. It is interesting that much of our business is from repeat customers, but our survey is always with our first timers. We won the order typically because we had a great price, but after they have completed their event, a workshop, a document review, or project, most customer remember the people whether it was their sales rep, or our on-site technician.
