Qualex Inc., a family business, was incorporated in the state of California in 1994.
What is your primary product or service?
Complete services for the Interior Design Community. Pick up, delivery, warehousing, storage, consolidation, office and residential relocation and custom cartoning and crating for local and foreign shipping.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Qualex gives exceptional service using full time experienced employees. We are a true WHITE GLOVE SERVICE.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our main receiving location in Commerce, CA. Office and Long Term Storage in Los Angeles, CA. We will add another 60,000 square feet in Commerce, CA in the first quarter of 2013
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, Company Check, all Major Credit Cards
Which areas do you service?
Southern California from San Diego to Santa Barbara daily.
Northern California weekly
Nevada and Arizona every two weeks
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Corporation is owned by John Moungian who is active and on site daily. Daily operations are directed by the following members of the Qualex Team: Director of Operations Juan Mendoza,
Warehouse Manager Juan Mendoza Jr. and Director of Customer Service Teresa Venegas.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Friday 7 am to 3:00 pm receiving
8:30 am to 5:00 pm office
Daily deliveries according to scheduling and client requests.
