How long have you been in business?
We started in business in 1975 in Beverly Hills. We have been involved in all aspects of real estate analysis, syndication (forming group investments/partnerships), acquisition, development and management since then.
What is your primary product or service?
Primarily we represent real estate buyers and investors. We locate real estate investments which have high profit potential and provide them to our investor clients. Whether our investor clients are seeking income, capital appreciation or need an exchange property to satisfy a Section 1031 requirement, we can find the right property to suit the particular need at that time.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was a practicing CPA for thirteen years, prior to forming Aminoff & Co. During my accounting practice years I acted as an external controller for my real estate developer clients and learned the real estate business by being actively involved with my clients in their businesses.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have 35 years of experience. There are few other real estate brokers/advisors who can match that. In addition, through the knowledge that I gained when I was a practicing accountant, we think we can provide better financial analysis, tax advice and income projections of property. Further, we are not a large company, so we can and do provide excellent personal service to our clients.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have only one location in the heart of Beverly Hills, California. We have no current plans to open any additional offices. At one time we had offices in London, New York and Los Angeles.

We are at 439 North Canon Drive in Beverly Hills, just south of Santa Monica Blvd. Under our building is a city-owned parking garage with two hours free parking.

What are your hours of operation?
Our office is open from 9:00am to 5:00pm, however someone is usually in the office until 6:30pm or so. We are available by telephone any time.
