How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I had a 2 year background in low voltage electronics from Santa Monica College, and found a job in the video security industry as a warehouse person. 3 weeks later, after they realized my background, they made me a service tech. I did that for 6 months and Iwas promoted to tech/installer.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We do all the jobs other companies can't or are afraid to do. We can do custom work most companies don't have the ability to do. 15-20% of our business is servicing and repairing other contractors work. My crew work for freeze frame and are not sub contracted.
