Great gym! Has a long history going back over 20 years. Staff are very friendly. Owner is very helpful and has an amazing story recovering from a horrible accident and competing in bodybuilding contests in a wheelchair while recovering. A lot of high profile pro-athletes train there.
I've been there 4 years and really enjoy it. Good group work out in the morning. Gym does a lot of community work.
