Frank D Lanterman Regional Center is a waste of taxpayer money. Too much money is spent on salaries, benefits and retirement funds for some of the incompetent people managing this greedy organization. Discriminating. Neglect. My daughter did not have an IPP for 6 months. The Glendale District Manager for adults deliberately ignored pleas for assistance to where I had to reach out for help in other areas. The Glendale Manager put my daughters life in danger, she is a racists, she stereotypes and since she has been in her cozy little position since the 70's, she will continue to get away with her incompetency. This organization is shameful and needs a serious re-organizing. They spend more money on private lawyers keeping the Developmentally Disabled from receiving services. It's disgusting.
