How long have you been in business?
I was born into business. My parents own a Beer Store in Detroit, Michigan when I was a young child. They bought a market when I was a teen. I worked in markets since I was about 6 years old and ran a store when I was 15 years old. I moved to California in 1975 owned a market, pizza place and deli until starting in real estate as a Realtor in 1996, Serving the public is a part of my life.
What is your primary product or service?
I primarily represent home owners with their number one investment and primary need which is housing. Helping home owners sell their home at top dollar, in the least time with little hassle is my goal. Helping buyers to find the best located home within their budget is a prime goal as well. Buyers want the best home for the price but my eye is always on the future. Finding them the best future investment means everything to me.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Our market in Sylmar, California was thriving from 1980 until we sold in 1996. The Northridge Earthquake destroy over $100,000 in inventory. My mother also developed Alzheimer disease in 1995. Our partnership between my dad, brother and me needed to end due to health and finances so we sold the market. One of the salesman was a Realtor and he convinced me that selling homes takes the sames skills that I already attained.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
A Realtor is a Fiduciary. A Fiduciary is a level of trust that the Courts deem as the highest level of trust one person can give to another. I understand the meaning of being a Fiduciary and live up to the code.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our offices are located in Valencia, Stevenson Ranch and Santa Clarita, California. We have two locations. Tony Lewis RE/MAX of Valencia is located at 27720 Dickason Drive, Valencia, Ca., 91355. We are across the street from Valencia High School and next to our local private Tennis Club called The Paseo Club as well as Legacy Christian School. Our other RE/MAX of Valencia office is located at 25101 The Old Road, Stevenson Ranch, Ca., 91381 which is at the entry to the Santa Clarita Valley.

Which areas do you service?
We work primarily in the Santa Clarita Valley which encompasses Valencia, Stevenson Ranch, Castaic, Saugus, Newhall, Canyon Country, Hasley Canyon, Sand Canyon, Placerita Canyon as well as brand new Lennar communities of West Creek, West Ranch & River Village. We are looking forward to representing the newest community being built by the Lennar Homes called Newhall Ranch. The community is in the final approval stages.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Our team consist of Tony Lewis, Dani Lewis, Escrow Advantage, Rush Termite Company, Advanced Inspections, First American Title Company, New American Funding.
What are your hours of operation?
We are reachable 24 hours a day 7 days a week, weekends and holidays. We know that selling and buying a home needs to be addressed immediately.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
A personal referral to a member of a past clients family, friends or co-worker is an incredible compliment which show faith and trust. Our best satisfaction is knowing that our sellers were able to move without any future concerns only great memories and our buyers finding out about four months after closing escrow that they have found the perfect home, neighborhood, school and future investment. We have the local knowledge since we've lived in Valencia, Stevenson Ranch & Santa Clarita, California since 1980.

No one cares what your know until they know that you care. Biblical my comfort and favorite words are "Look under a Rock, I'll be there"
