What is your primary product or service?

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started selling properties at 19 years old while still in college. I quickly became the youngest state director ever of the century old California Association of REALTORS® and by age 20 was the Vice Chair of the standing CAR Committee. At 22 I became the youngest Office Manager in the history of Coldwell Banker. Shortly after, I was named one of the Top 20 REALTORS® in the nation for Residential Sales Volume—twice. I have never looked back since.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
The best way to guarantee my clients make the right decisions is to give them the best starting point; that means making my clients as informed as possible. They learn a great deal from me so they can make their own decisions properly and with a trusted advisor. I educate them on what is best and they make their decision. What type of payments do you accept?
For real estate transactions, commission is paid through Escrow upon completion of the transaction, as is usual. For Trusted Advisor Real Estate Consulting, we accept cash, personal check, or cashier's check.

I am the Broker/CEO of Barry Burnett Realty, Inc. (DRE#01363719), Burnett Commercial Properties, and Burnett Trusted Advisors. I work closely with my staff to give my clients impeccable service.
